Job summary
hireful. is recruiting a BI Developer/Power BI Analyst in Birmingham for a hybrid role (two days in the office, three from home). The role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights to support commercial and operational decision-making. You will build Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions and develop dashboards across our data stack.
You will work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SharePoint and Salesforce to enable data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience turning data into actionable insights for commercial and operational decisions.
- Comfort with Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions.
- Strong data modelling, reporting and commercial analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions.
- Develop insightful dashboards and visualisations.
- Support stakeholders with analytical requirements.
- Contribute to projects shaping the business future.
- Deliver reporting portfolio supporting major transformation initiatives including Jaggaer implementation and our 2030 growth strategy.
