Workman in London is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across Property Management, Accounts, Building Consultancy, and other service lines. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, manage structured datasets, and work with Microsoft Fabric data platforms to enable accurate reporting and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write, optimise, and troubleshoot queries.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable, including familiarity with OneLake, Data Warehouses, Lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that provide timely, accurate visibility of key business metrics.
• Creating and managing structured datasets, semantic models, and reusable query logic to support reporting requirements.
• Supporting the ongoing development of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including data warehouses, lakehouses, and semantic models.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of data standards, documentation, and governance processes.
• Participating in knowledge-sharing activities, peer reviews, and collaborative problem-solving within the Data Analytics team.
• Monitoring developments in data analytics technologies and recommending innovative approaches that add value to the business.
