Job summary

Digital Waffle is seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Developer to own reporting for the UK Distribution Centre, embedding in the BI team and collaborating with warehouse, finance and commercial stakeholders. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, validate data across systems, and drive automation for actionable insights that improve costs and service levels.

Qualifications

Solid SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets.
Strong data manipulation skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards for the UK DC.
Analyse data across multiple systems to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Develop and maintain reporting and performance metrics across warehouse ops, inventory and costs.
Own data validation, modelling and quality across reporting solutions.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance dashboards.
Partner with distribution, supply chain, finance, commercial and IT to prioritise needs and deliver BI solutions.
Present findings, insights and recommendations to management.
