Job summary
Tomorrow's Guides is seeking a BI Developer / BI Analyst to support marketing and web analytics for carehome.co.uk, homecare.co.uk and daynurseries.co.uk. You will own end-to-end analytics from data extraction to visualisation, delivering insights for senior stakeholders.
The role requires 5+ years of UK-based analytical experience with DAX/Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark, plus strong communication, initiative and attention to detail. Three days per week in Hungerford offices.
Qualifications
- Essential: DAX/Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark
- Experience with analytics projects involving complex databases and business logic
- Strong ad hoc analysis skills and ability to answer business questions
- Excellent communication and consultative skills
- Proactive personality with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support marketing and web analytics with end-to-end analytics
- Design and implement ETL processes from data sources to visualization
- Build KPI reports and dashboards and derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver analytical solutions
