Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Back-End Engineer to design, develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs in high-volume environments.

You will work with Architects and trading SMEs to deliver mission-critical systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability. Strong .NET/C#, cloud-native patterns, and experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes are essential.

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience building latency-sensitive enterprise systems.
• Background in designing and maintaining distributed, cloud-native apps.
• Experience with front-office trading applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with Architects, Principal Engineers and SMEs to deliver high-performance systems.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment activities.
