Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive (Commercial Catering Equipment) in the West Midlands. The role combines new business development, account management and project-based sales, with a base salary of £35,000–£40,000 and OTE £60,000–£65,000, plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in commercial catering equipment, hospitality, or foodservice.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across the commercial catering and hospitality sectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking and market activity.
• Qualify incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
• Recommend suitable commercial catering equipment and servery solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals.
• Present equipment solutions and discuss technical requirements with customers.
