Job summary

VWFS is offering an undergraduate placement in Fleet Marketing for hands-on experience across campaigns, product marketing, customer engagement and marketing operations. Based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid routine (3 days in office), you will support campaign delivery and reporting while developing insights for business growth.

You will work on digital and offline channels, assist with go-to-market plans, and gain skills in Pardot, Salesforce, data handling and content creation.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Business, Marketing or related degree.
• Demonstrable research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders up to Head of level.
• Strong numerical skills and confidence working with data.
• High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, with intermediate Word and PowerPoint capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer, market and competitor research to support sales and marketing strategy.
• Support the development of insight-led campaigns based on customer and industry trends.
• Assist with go-to-market planning for product launches and updates.
• Create sales enablement content such as pitch decks, fact sheets, personas and case studies.
• Support campaign delivery across digital and offline channels, including email, SEO, PPC, paid social, display and trade advertising.
• Support marketing operations activity in Pardot and Salesforce, including lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and campaign reporting.
• Monitor database quality and support data integrity activity to improve accuracy and completeness.
• Support budget administration, agency coordination, branded merchandise, diary coordination, room booking and supplier management.
