TrustMark is the UK's Government-endorsed quality scheme for home improvement. We are building a new digital acquisition capability to grow membership and strengthen consumer protection.

The role combines B2B lead generation, performance marketing, CRM and conversion optimisation, with the freedom to shape the process from scratch. The Digital Acquisition Specialist will work hybrid from Basingstoke, developing campaigns, managing data, and collaborating with senior teams to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and membership growth.
• Hands-on planning and delivering targeted digital and email campaigns.
• Strong CRM knowledge including segmentation and reporting.
• Experience building pipelines from databases or data sources.
• Knowledge of GDPR and compliant marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build prospect pipelines from directories and data sources.
• Plan, launch and optimise targeted email and digital campaigns.
• Develop acquisition journeys, messaging and campaign sequences.
• Track pipeline activity, campaign performance and acquisition costs.
