Meridian Business Support Ltd is partnering with a well-established membership organisation to recruit a Head of Digital on a hybrid basis. The role leads the digital marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance user experience and foster a data‑driven culture.

You will own the strategy, lead a team of specialists, manage agencies and tech partners, and deliver dashboards and KPI insights. Expertise in CMS, GA4, SEO, CRO, PPC, content and email marketing is essential, with a track record of B2C

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, PPC, email marketing and content strategy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Lead a team of specialists and manage agency relationships.
• Oversee analysis of data, dashboards, and KPI tracking to inform decisions.
• Own the platforms, websites and apps, driving UX and acquisition/retention.
• Lead CRO programmes and define SEO roadmap with clear KPIs.
