Responsabilités

• Monitor, maintain and support business-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, scalability and reliability.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting and observability solutions.
• Reduce operational overhead through automation and self-healing mechanisms.
• Support production releases and deployment activities.
• Design, deploy and manage AWS-based infrastructure and services.
• Implement cloud best practices for security, availability, scalability and cost optimisation.
• Manage and support AWS services, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, SNS/SQS and Secrets Manager.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application-related issues.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment, provisioning and operational workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with development teams to streamline software delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps and release management practices.
• Contribute to application enhancements and operational tooling using C# and .NET technologies.
• Develop utilities, automation scripts and support tools.
• Assist development teams with production support and performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide fixes where required.
