Visa is seeking a Software Engineer + SRE hybrid to support its cloud platform and tooling stack. You will help developers optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability, and reliability while triaging tool-related issues in collaboration with software teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in SRE or DevTools support roles.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field and/or 3+ years IT operations experience.
Experience with CI/CD tooling in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for developers using DevTools like GitHub, Jenkins, Jira or Artifactory.
Triage, troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and integrations for reliability and scale.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows and automation.
Design, implement and maintain high-availability systems and observability.
