Job summary

ProTalent is seeking a Part-Qualified Audit Semi-Senior or Senior for their Solent area practice. You will join a growing Audit & Assurance team and work with ambitious businesses from multinational groups to corporates.

You’ll supervise, coach juniors, and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality audits on time and within budget, with hybrid working options and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• External audit experience in practice (min 18 months).
• Experience leading audits under ISAs (IFRS? ISAs).
• Confident preparing accounts under UK GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit assignments from planning through completion.
• Review the work of junior staff and provide feedback.
• Act as key client contact and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with colleagues in person and via remote-working tech.
