Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA or equivalent
• 2–4 years post-qualification audit experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS/FRS and regulatory requirements
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior staff while delivering high-quality audits
• Familiarity with audit software CaseWare or CCH is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
• Act as primary client contact during engagements
• Supervise junior team members and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare budgets, monitor progress, and address variances for efficiency
• Oversee billing by tracking time and resources to stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards throughout engagements
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
• Liaise with Directors to align with department objectives
• Perform administrative tasks to facilitate efficient project flow
