Job summary

Pro-Finance in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to lead corporate audits and manage a growing client portfolio. You will supervise juniors, liaise with clients, and begin budgeting for engagements.

With IFRS and FRS 102 experience, you’ll drive audits from planning to completion and have clear progression toward Manager. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• You must be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience leading audits from planning through to completion.
• Experience in audit-focused roles with varied client lists including SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sizeable audits from planning through to completion.
• Manage juniors on the job, training, and feedback.
• Liaise with clients to build long-lasting relationships.
• Discuss with clients to ensure timely receipt of documents.
• Begin budgeting for each job and manage own client portfolio.
• Work on IFRS and FRS 102 reporting standards.
