Stantec is seeking an Associate Renewable Energy Design Engineer to join our growing advisory team across the UK. You will lead FEED, IE, OE, and TA assignments across the full project lifecycle, delivering high-quality technical advisory reports and supporting business development.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership within a collaborative, expanding team environment, handling wind, solar, and energy storage projects with opportunities to shape service offerings.

Formación

• Degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience in renewable energy project delivery or advisory (IE/OE/TA, development, construction, O&M, or M&A).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FEED, IE, OE, and TA assignments across the full project lifecycle from concept to construction.
• Manage project delivery for project finance, tax equity, sales, and acquisition mandates.
• Review contracts, schedules, and financial models (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Conduct site visits, construction monitoring, and witness testing.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings with developers, lenders, EPCs, investors.
• Lead pre-FEED and FEED design teams for wind, solar, and BESS projects.
