Job summary

Stantec seeks an Associate Renewable Energy Design Engineer to join our UK advisory team, delivering FEED, IE, OE and TA across solar, wind and BESS projects. You will lead multi-discipline design teams and interact with clients, lenders and developers from concept to construction.

You will shape technical delivery, mentor junior staff, and use your network for business development while supporting project risk management and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering renewable energy projects in advisory or delivery roles.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage project risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEED, IE, OE and TA assignments through full project lifecycle.
• Manage project delivery for financing, contracts, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits, construction monitoring, and due diligence activities.
• Produce high-quality advisory reports with risks and recommendations.
• Support clients with contract administration, variations and claims.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings with developers, lenders and EPCs.
