Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an Associate Director ICA Engineering in the UK to lead a multi-disciplinary design team delivering Electrical & ICA solutions for major water sector projects. The role is based in Cambridge with hybrid working, and opportunities to contribute to landmark infrastructure.

You will provide technical leadership, manage budgets, and ensure design delivery to client and industry standards while collaborating across AtkinsRéalis teams and with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an Electrical & ICA engineering design delivery team.
• Experience in water sector design codes and standards.
• Strong communication across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct a team of Electrical & ICA engineers for delivery of design work on complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Manage time and budgets of the Electrical & ICA team to key project milestones and programmes.
• Provide technical leadership into project design deliverables for ICA aspects and collaborate with project management.
• Lead growth of local Electrical & ICA team and wider technical network.
• Provide guidance to Senior and Principal colleagues and support bid proposals.
