The ideal candidate has experience in workforce management, resource planning or recruitment, with strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid working arrangement offered.

• Ability to plan and allocate resources across multi-site environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Capture, log and manage project demand for operational staff.
• Allocate staff and operatives to project sites effectively.
• Assist in delivering strategic workforce plans for future needs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, recruitment and external labor suppliers.
• Maintain workforce capacity and demand data for decision making.
