Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a valid driving licence.
• Working towards chartership (ICS or similar) is desirable.
• Formal procurement or commercial training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost plans, material and labour schedules.
• Assist tender pack development and contract award.
• Monitor project expenditure and manage variations.
• Support management of claims and contractual disputes.
• Communicate clearly with clients and delivery teams.
