Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying / Assistant QS role within civil engineering or utilities.
• Exposure to infrastructure works like groundworks or pipelines is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence essential for projects across London.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control and commercial reporting.
• Prepare and support applications for payment.
• Manage variations and change control.
• Support subcontractor procurement and payments.
• Carry out site visits and measurements.
• Maintain accurate project records and forecasting.
