Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking an Assistant Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team in London. The role focuses on financial and contractual administration, cost control and value for money across projects, with hybrid working and a focus on obtaining best value from subcontractors.

You will support cost forecasting, manage subcontractors, and work under Senior Quantity Surveyors to ensure contractual entitlements are achieved.

Qualifications

• Working toward Degree or HNC in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience measuring subcontractor accounts and cost control.
• Experience managing contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and contractual administration of workstreams and projects.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value for programme.
• Support contract and subcontract administration for Senior QS review.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues to observe contractual processes.
