Premises Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team working on prime residential and heritage projects in central London.

The role offers a clear path to progression toward Intermediate/Project QS with oversight from an experienced Head of Surveying. You will assist with procurement, valuations, cost reporting, estimating and subcontractor accounts, with projects typically ranging £1m–£10m.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months quantity surveying experience.
• Keen to progress to Intermediate/Project QS.
• Office based with travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage packages or support Senior QS across procurement and valuations.
• Handle cost reporting, estimating and subcontractor accounts.
• Work on London prime residential projects.
