Job summary

ZSL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Capital Development team in London. You will support the delivery of Strategic Capital Projects across the London estate, coordinating actions, maintaining governance information, and assisting with business cases and presentations.

Hybrid role with 2–3 days on site at our London office. You will work with colleagues, consultants and authorities to inform scoping, procurement and delivery, strengthening capital projects across the estate

Qualifications

• Experience supporting capital development functions or working within a project management team.
• Ability to prepare agendas, take minutes, produce reports and provide effective project administration.
• Familiarity engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience on capital development, regeneration or estate projects in London.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Strategic Capital Projects through early design, development, governance and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, logs and stakeholder plans with progress updates.
• Support governance requirements and prepare reports, business cases and presentations.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to coordinate information and actions.
• Help improve project management processes and templates across Estates Transformation.
