Job summary

The London Clinic is looking for a part-qualified Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. You will support monthly management accounts, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while gradually taking greater ownership as your experience grows.

This hybrid role (3 days onsite) is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with study support to help you progress your accountancy qualification and your career in management accounting.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience in a finance team or function.
• Knowledge of management accounting processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with month end processes, journal preparation and reconciliations.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities.
• Support budget holders and senior managers with accurate financial information and analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting across the organisation.
• Investigate variances and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvements for reporting, controls and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
