Job summary

The London Clinic is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team in London. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers a structured path for a part-qualified accountant to contribute to month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting while gaining broader management accounting exposure.

You will support the Management Accounting team with reporting and analysis, work towards ACCA/CIMA qualification, and benefit from study support and a collaborative environment focused on

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with practical finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist with month end and year end processes, including journal preparation and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities to improve performance.
• Support budget holders and senior managers with accurate financial information and analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting across the organisation.
• Investigate variances and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvements in reporting, controls and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
