calfordseaden LLP is seeking an Assistant Employers Agent/Project Manager in Cambridge, offering hybrid working and a clear development path. You’ll support a small team, shadow senior staff on site and in the office, and gain hands-on experience across procurement, contract admin, risk and reporting.

You will work towards APC chartership with mentoring, regular progress reviews, and increasing responsibility as you grow, including client-facing tasks and progression within the team and wider

Qualifications

• A construction related Level 5 qualification or at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle during normal business hours.

Responsabilités

• Take meeting notes and prepare minutes.
• Review drawings against contract requirements.
• Handle handover procedures and conduct site inspections.
• Review contractor payment applications.
• Issue contractual notices during construction.
• Prepare and update information trackers in Excel.
• Shadow senior team members on site and in the office.
• Conduct end-of-defect liability inspections and schedule defects.
• Digital filing and records management.
