Job summary

Wiggli is seeking an experienced professional to join as Assistant Contract Performance Manager. The role focuses on improving operational performance across a portfolio of mechanical contracts, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance delivery and profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years within Mechanical Building Services.
• Experience managing multiple contracts or projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Support performance and delivery of multiple Mechanical Building Services contracts.
• Work with Contracts Managers to improve project delivery, planning and performance.
• Monitor workload, forecasting, WIP, labour utilisation and commercial performance.
• Produce accurate operational reports and identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
• Build relationships with operational teams and clients, providing coaching and support.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing better processes and promoting best practice.
• Attend client meetings and support senior management in service delivery.
• Deputise for Contract Performance Manager when required.
