Job summary

Clanmil Housing Association is seeking a Response Assets Officer to oversee asset management across schemes and patches in Belfast. The role is hybrid, with 2 days at home and the rest in Belfast City Centre, with occasional travel.

You will work with housing teams to deliver a customer-focused service to residents, leveraging your construction/facilities/maintenance experience. Closing date is 15 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Two years experience (within the last seven years) within a construction / facilities / maintenance environment.
• A third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction/facilities/maintenance environment.
• Or exceptional candidates with five years experience (within the last seven years) in a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational Asset management work within schemes and patch area.
• Support, assist scheme colleagues and housing team to deliver a customer-focused service to residents.
