Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within housing, property, repairs or maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience processing invoices and working with financial information.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Asset and Property Services team.
• Acting as a first point of contact for tenants and contractors, dealing with enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Logging and monitoring repair requests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Updating housing management and asset management systems.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating repair works.
• Monitoring contractor performance and documentation.
• Maintaining compliance records and supporting reporting requirements.
• Handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries.
