North Yorkshire Council is seeking an experienced Adult Health & Social Care assessor coach to support learners, coach and assess a defined caseload, and ensure high-quality records and progression. The role includes training and development support for those starting qualification pathways.

You will work hybrid across North Yorkshire, with induction, mentoring, and strong collaboration with the IQA/Quality Team to uphold safeguarding and awarding body requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Adult Health & Social Care and helping others develop.
• Confident communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality learner support, planning, and records management.

Aufgaben

• Coach and assess a defined caseload of adult learners, providing individualized support and planning learning, reviews and assessments.
• Monitor progress, assess evidence, and maintain high-quality learner records using OneFile & MS 365.
• Collaborate with Lead IQA/Quality Team to meet awarding body requirements, safeguarding and preventing issues.
