Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor incoming payments and ensure accurate recording.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to receivables.
• Collaborate with other departments to address billing queries.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks.
