Eaton Syalon Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in Derby on a temporary basis. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with immediate start available.

Key responsibilities include processing payments, invoicing customers, reconciling accounts, and managing the AR inbox. Previous AR/finance experience and strong Excel skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Assistant role
• Good communication and ability to work independently
• Immediate availability to start

Responsabilités

• Processing and allocating incoming payments
• Raising and issuing customer invoices
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
• Monitoring the AR inbox and distributing emails accordingly
