Job summary

Magentus is seeking an application support specialist to join our UK team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, monitor systems, respond to tickets, and help install product fixes. This is a hybrid role with three days in our Manchester City Centre office and two days at home.

UK immigration rules mean we cannot sponsor visas for this position. The compensation package starts at £29,000 per annum with an annual review and a performance bonus programme.

Qualifications

• IT helpdesk experience with SLA focus.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot using remote access or phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and monitor systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using knowledge base and guidance.
• Escalate to 3rd line for deep investigations when needed.
• Log incidents and communicate progress to management.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota.
