Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production applications in a banking/financial services environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with root-cause analysis and incident management.
• Ability to coordinate with Data Centre, Help Desk, and development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot applications in production, including code fixes and SQL scripting, across Windows servers and databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Network, Infrastructure, and DBA teams on application issues.
• Communicate guidance to London and New York helpdesk staff to support resolution.
• Contribute to best practices for application support and configuration to meet business needs.
• Support disaster recovery environment definitions and participate in DR exercises.
• Provide out-of-hours support as part of the production support team.
