• 2 years' commercial software QA experience within a web-based environment.
• 2 years' experience in manual application testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and bug management processes.
• Strong technical documentation skills with excellent written English.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with API testing.
• Experience with automated testing using Playwright.
• Business analysis and workflow/process design understanding.
