Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial QA experience in a web-based environment.
• 2 years of manual application testing experience.
• Experience with defect tracking and bug management processes.
• Strong technical documentation skills with excellent written English.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI and API testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing using Playwright.
• Business analysis and workflow/process design.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing and verify software quality across web-based applications.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the tech team.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Document test cases, results and user workflows clearly.
