Catalent, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to supervise the AP team within the Financial Shared Services Centre in Swindon.

You will oversee vendor invoicing and payments, coach analysts, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the global site. The role emphasizes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments, with a focus on KPIs across ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English.
• Experience supervising Accounts Payable processing and teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards, QuickBooks, Oracle, Sage, SAP or Dynamics GP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Accounts Payable operations in the Shared Services Centre.
• Act as escalation point for complex invoice processing issues and queries.
• Coach, mentor and develop AP analysts and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and timeliness of payments.
