• Deputise for the AP/AR Manager by monitoring team capacity and driving efficiency.
• Deliver process improvements and maintain governance and compliance.
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to the AP/AR Manager.
• Lead month-end and year-end procedures for purchase ledger and control accounts.
• Review VAT/CIS treatment and ensure tax compliance in team transactions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and IT for workflow integration.
• Administer external finance systems and be the primary system owner for configuration and access.
