Qualifications

• Leadership of AP/AR team and workload planning
• Experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AP/AR specialists, supervise workload and resource allocation
• Deputise for the Joint AP/AR Manager and drive efficiency
• Lead month-end and year-end procedures for the purchase ledger and control accounts
• Review VAT/CIS treatment and ensure tax compliance
• Provide training to new and junior staff
• Deliver ad hoc AP/AR management reports for budget monitoring and cash flow
• Manage governance, compliance, and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain and configure external finance systems (NXG Forensics, Proactis)
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and IT for workflow integration
