Amplius is seeking an experienced Housing Allocations Officer to manage mutual exchanges from application to completion. The role focuses on minimising void times, ensuring compliant lettings, and coordinating with local authorities and partners.

You will support relocation projects and maintain accurate records while delivering responsive customer service. DBS clearance and UK right to work are required.

Qualificações

• Experience with mutual exchanges, eligibility, and tenancy implications.
• Solid understanding of housing and tenancy law and nominations.
• Awareness of regulatory environment and how to apply changes.
• Experience working with local authorities or external partners.
• Proficient in housing management systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborative approach across teams to ensure consistent service.
• Ability to stay resilient and focused under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the mutual exchange process from application through to completion, with clear customer guidance.
• Minimise void times by efficient allocations and re‑letting while upholding quality standards.
• Oversee tenancy terminations, ensuring legal compliance and customer support.
• Ensure all allocations and mutual exchanges meet policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, local authorities, and partner agencies for timely allocations.
• Support relocation projects, including regeneration schemes and decants.
• Maintain confidential records and respond to customer queries and complaints.
