Job summary

London Gatwick is seeking an Airspace Office Analyst to support data collection, analysis and reporting for aircraft track keeping noise monitoring and night jet activities. This office-first hybrid role involves creating Excel and Power BI reports for internal stakeholders and external bodies.

You’ll respond to requests from leadership, manage data integrity, and assist with coordinating stakeholder meetings, including minute taking when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI with data manipulation and reporting experience.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating data into insights.
• Experience in aviation, airspace, ATC, airport or aircraft operations is desirable.
• Proficient with mapping/modelling software and Microsoft Office.
• Writing reports and formal correspondence.
• Collaborating across teams and with regulators and local stakeholders.
• Strong customer service in demanding situations.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis and reporting for tracking keeping, noise abatement and compliance and night jet monitoring requirements.
• Creating analysis and reports in Excel and Power BI to inform the business, local authorities and local communities.
• Responding to requests from senior leadership, GAL stakeholders and external bodies such as DfT or CAA.
• Manage the Noise and Track Keeping system and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate documents for regular stakeholder committee meetings; minute taking may be required.
• Assist with handling complaints during peak times for complaints.
