Job summary

London Gatwick Airport is seeking an Airspace Noise Analyst to manage data collection, analysis and reporting for aircraft track keeping and noise monitoring. The role supports stakeholders with clear insights using Excel and Power BI.

The position is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote, offering a discretionary bonus and benefits. A degree-level qualification is desirable, with aviation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification desirable in aviation or related field
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills with data reporting
• Experience analysing complex datasets for actionable insights
• Experience in aviation/airspace operations desirable
• Proficient in mapping/modelling tools and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis and reporting for tracking, noise abatement and night jet monitoring
• Create analyses and reports in Excel and Power BI for stakeholders
• Respond to enquiries from leadership, GAL, DfT/CAA on aircraft noise and track keeping
• Manage Noise and Track Keeping system ensuring data integrity
• Coordinate documents for stakeholder committee meetings; minute taking when needed
• Assist with handling complaints during peak times
