Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an AI Security Specialist in a hybrid role across multiple UK sites, including Manchester. The role focuses on securing AI across design, build and deployment, working with the Chief Security Office’s AI Lab to embed security from the start.

You will strengthen AI platforms and applications, run threat modeling and risk assessments, and deploy AI-driven security capabilities such as detection and incident response, while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIST,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/cyber security roles.
• Experience securing AI systems and cloud apps.
• Understanding of security controls incl IAM, encryption, network.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, UK GDPR.
• Strong communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and embed AI security strategy across the business.
• Build security controls into AI systems from the start.
• Design and deploy AI-driven security capabilities (detection, response).
• Advise on risk, compliance and regulation (ISO/NIST/UK GDPR).
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to strengthen security.
