Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate AI Security Specialist to help design, implement, and govern AI security across the Group. You will work with the CSO Security Data & AI Lab to embed security controls and support engineering teams.

The role focuses on safe adoption of AI, understanding attacker use/exploitation of AI, and applying AI to strengthen security capabilities, with a hybrid work pattern and opportunities across UK sites.

Qualifications

• A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cyber security or technology risk with AI, data, or cloud environments desirable.
• Understanding of core cyber security principles (IAM, secure design, data protection).
• Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, UK GDPR and AI system applications.

Responsibilities

• Support secure design, implementation, and adoption of AI systems.
• Embed security controls and assist engineering teams.
• Ensure AI solutions follow security standards and regulations.
