Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an AI Security Specialist to help protect AI design, build and use across the organisation. Based in a hybrid setup, you’ll work with the Chief Security Office to embed security into AI at the earliest stages.

You will assess AI platforms, deploy detection and incident response capabilities, and advise on risk, compliance and governance to meet evolving standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years exp in AI, Cyber Security or related area.
• 5+ years exp in Cyber Security incl. securing AI systems or cloud apps.
• Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, network security and secure app design.
• 2+ years exp in public cloud security engineering or configuring security tooling like WAFs.
• 5+ years exp in ISO 27001, NIST and UK GDPR.
• 5+ years exp in risk assessments, threat modelling and security audits.
• Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and embed AI Security strategy for safe adoption across the business.
• Design and deploy security controls into AI systems from the start.
• Assess and strengthen security of AI platforms; commission tests as needed.
• Translate findings into practical security actions and mitigations.
• Develop AI-driven security capabilities such as threat and anomaly detection.
• Advise on risk, compliance and regulation to meet industry standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI-related threats in banking.
