Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks an AI Platform Engineering Senior Consultant to design, build, and operate AI infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. You’ll work across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, delivering GPU-accelerated compute, model serving, and MLOps tooling while guiding clients through transformations.

You will lead architecture reviews, workshops, and implementation of observability, security, and governance frameworks for AI systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI platform engineering
• Experience with MLOps pipelines and LLMOps
• Familiarity with GPU-accelerated infrastructure
• Knowledge of container platforms and cloud-native services
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and client workshops

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI platform infrastructure for LLMs and agents
• Architect and deploy AI-ready infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid
• Develop model serving and gateway components and guardrail frameworks
• Implement IaC, GitOps, and CI/CD for AI workloads
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership in client engagements
