EDF Energy is seeking a Digital and AI Communications Manager to shape how audiences discover, understand, and engage with the business. You will lead digital channels, content and campaigns, driving SEO, AI-enabled discoverability and governance across edfenergy.com and social channels.

You will work in a hybrid model from London or Hove, collaborating with the Content, Digital and Brand Identity team to influence senior stakeholders and deliver complex digital initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in digital communications with a track record managing corporate digital channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics and AI search behaviours.
• Experience with CMS such as Drupal, WordPress or Sanity and analytics tools.
• Experience managing paid digital and social campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead SEO, accessibility and AI discoverability improvements across corporate platforms.
• Own and coordinate content on EDF's company webpages, including homepage management.
• Oversee paid and organic digital campaigns across social media and web.
• Analyse channel performance and provide actionable insights.
• Line manage the Digital Corporate Communications Lead and support campaigns.
• Provide training on digital best practices and AI content optimisation.
