Job summary

SB Digital Media Ltd is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of affiliate partnerships and campaigns. This hands-on role focuses on growing revenue through performance marketing, managing partners, and negotiating commercial terms.

You will monitor performance, analyse data, and collaborate with marketing, data and operations to optimise campaigns. The position is hybrid in Milton Keynes on a 12‑month contract with possibility of permanency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Comfortable managing partner relationships independently.
• Commercial mindset with ability to negotiate deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners.
• Identify and onboard new partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and campaign opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve and scale.
• Analyse data and provide clear performance insights.
• Work with internal teams across marketing, data and operations.
• Ensure campaigns, tracking and partner requirements are set up correctly.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
