Job summary

JD Group is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Executive to drive the day-to-day management of European affiliate programmes from its Bury base. You will negotiate CPA rates, coordinate with affiliates, monitor performance, and feed into cross-channel campaigns while attending industry events to strengthen relationships.

The role emphasizes analytics, strong organisational skills, and commercial awareness within the digital retail sector as you support revenue growth and ROAS across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns and relationships.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as GA and Power BI.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Communication with affiliates regarding day-to-day management of programmes.
• Negotiation of CPA rates and payment of affiliates.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance against KPIs.
• Post-campaign analysis.
• Attendance at industry events.
• Regular spend checks between dashboards.
• Support the Affiliate Manager on day-to-day programme management and drive revenue growth.
