Job summary

cinch is seeking an Affiliates Executive (Maternity Cover) to manage a portfolio of affiliate partners across UK markets. The role involves partner acquisition, negotiation of commercial terms, and performance optimisation aligned with marketing KPIs.

You will collaborate with Head of Digital Marketing, Brand, and Data teams, overseeing budgets, reports, and cross-channel support, with hybrid working including Milton Keynes visits and monthly London presence.

Qualifications

• Proven Affiliates experience, agency or in-house.
• Contract negotiation experience with legal/Data teams.
• Exposure to reporting stacks (Power BI/GA/Adobe).
• Strong Excel data analysis and trend spotting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of affiliate partners.
• Acquire and retain new affiliates and optimise campaigns.
• Negotiate and review commercial agreements with partners.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns against KPIs.
• Manage affiliate budget and pacing; adjust CPAs as needed.
• Produce weekly/monthly business reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Brand, Data, and Tech teams on campaigns.
